Have you tried physical therapy yet? Have you tried anything else such as a treatment or drugs? Nothing has seemed to help me; pain management treatments, drugs, infusions of biologics. I take infusions of Orencia 1x a month and an IVIG of gamma globulin 2x a month which takes 5 hours. It keeps me alive since I don't have an immune system. I'll have to take it the rest of my life. Hello Wendy8754, I feel about the same although I think I have advanced. My rheumatologist took me off of Orencia to see if I felt any difference. There is no difference yet; I haven't had Orencia for over a month. I am visiting the same rheumatologist. I haven't found one suitable yet. There seems to be a shortage of rheumatologists here in Houston. I canceled an appointment with a new rheumatologist because I can't get to the office let alone if I have to have an infusion because it's in a hospital and they discontinued the volunteers to wheel me to their office.
