Anyone Here Under The Age Of 25 And In The UK??
Need people who get the NHS and also how ur dismissed as a young person with chronic illnesses and disabilities.
Not from UK and a bit older by now...but yes it's horrible isn't it...so little understanding.
Since you have already found out they are totally incapable I suggest you read my story and prepare for war.
I'm in the US and was dismissed for 10 years at least. Keep pushing, keep asking, keep seeking help.
@A MySpondylitisTeam Member. I hope you dont mind an "old lady from across the pond" responding๐. After reading and conversing a bit with ItsONnowoffs posts for awhile, i recommend hopping a ferry or driving under the Channel to pay that one a visit for some proper healing. The posts from UK members are very sad and fairly shocking repertoire of the sad current state of medical care in a country that was once a front runner in medical advances, now a sad slip back to the days of leaches and plague masks. Sorry for that blunt observation Brits. ๐ณ Try to move to a country with better healthcare practices. Maybe one with few health support posts, like Denmark. I never hear health woes from there and that country has made a couple of contributions over the past few decades to cancer research. ๐๐
