Your doc needs to go back to school and get an understanding about AS. I’ve moved a lot and always sought out doctors that have more than a little experience with AS. All rheumatologist are not equal.

And i am def not aligned.
On top scoliosis and bottom sacrum leaning to the right and collaped
I get ur point on too many whack drs
This is why i want a person who specializes in AS no just a regular rhemo
The presa t dr is a nuero surgeon specializing in degenerative spine diseases

Did you get blood work done? There are special test to know for sure.

Did the current "genius" get am MRI? Spondylitis typically shows sacroiliitis. If you have sacroiliitis that isn't an alignment issue. Most drs who diagnose Spondylitis go by that telltale indicator. I thought mine was all alignment too because I've been in so many car accidents (passenger) and spent 10 years practicing contact martial arts. But none of that caused sclerosis of both S/Is. Also, if you have arthritis in the rest of your joints that isn't alignment either. What a .....
