Stay well hydrated, do stretches, I can't sit too long or stand too long in one position, so it helps me to keep moving. Although when I'm hurting worse, I do move slower, I see that it bother people at my work, but I still get my work done and usually out perform them for the shift, don't figure!

I guess too much exposure to the heat is not, but some sunlight is good for vitamin D deficiency that you likely have with AS. I prefer the heat over cold, but your body should signal when exposure to heat is too much.

Hot showers, I often pass out after a hot shower. The one time fatigue driven naps is a bonus when it's too hot to be awake lol.

I live in Mumu’s in the summer. It’s cooler and more comfortable. Turn on the ac, start up the fan and hydrate.
