Can spondyloarthritis affect the thyroid or oestrogen levels?
I've so far had 6 weeks off work starting with an ear infection with dizziness and fatigue. I awaiting results of a blood test to see whether the fatigue is being caused by thyroid deficiency. If not they're going to try me on HRT. Just wondering if others have experienced either or both of these with their AS/Spondyloarthritis.......

yes I have. I have had low thyroid since my early 20's and have fatigue always and dizziness on and off.

Does anyone else deal with diverticular problems along with their spondyloarthritis?
I have psoriasis and been diagnosed with enthesis in my trichanters both sides, have been told its not psoriatic arthritis though
