The extreme fatigue & pain are from the ongoing inflammation in your body & because your body is trying to fight it off, your exhausted. My suggestion is, rest when you need it. Let your rheumatologist know. Depending on how long you’ve been on Humira, either the dose needs adjusting or how often or the med needs longer to work, or it’s not the correct biologic.
