Hello Everyone, Does Anyone Have Extreme Pressure And Pain In Your Ears? I'm Not Sure What To Do. I Can T Tolerate Much Noise At All.
An easy try is heat or cold over the lower face and Jaws for 5 minutes, followed by 5 min of gentle massage behind and forward and above ear, NSAID as allowed, and liquid diet (no chewing). My Dr. also prescribed muscle relaxer.
Owowowowowowwww. I'm sorry Lisa!! A few years back i experienced this, but just one ear. It was caused by the stenosis, I think at C3 or C4, don't recall offhand. It was sharp and intense beginning inner ear, thought ear infection, then into jaw, TMJ, tried bite guard and botox into skull behind ear, then neck and off to PT and MRI Spondylitis odyssey adventure. All that to say, cervical Spondylitis with stenosis likely and PT will relieve it after 6 to 12 months. At least thats what it took for me. I still do the PT and it hasn't returned for even a day like that in about 8 years I think.😌🙏
Yes! Tmj, tinnitus, and pressure. I've tried physio but didn't help. I work in a creche also, which has a high noise level. My advice is to try popping noise cancelling headphones on for an hour in the evening. It calms my ears enough to get to sleep. Just while making dinner.
I do but, its unrelated to as or, psoriatic arthritis.
I've not experienced this but I'm reading all respondents and hope you find a resolution from your pain, Lisa.
