Have you had a full spine MRI? Could be normal. I have to support my head while bending forward because of cervical spine dramas. It used to get stuck in a downward right position and I'd have to use my hands to gently straighten it. I had stem cell transplant into it one month ago and now I can lift it on its own. Still sore and stiff though.

Diane;
It’s my normal now. The progression of my AS along with the bone spurs and cohesion of my spine has gone to my neck. I not only lean over when I walk with a cane but I always look at the floor because I can’t lift my head up anymore. That’s how much the progression has affected my walking & my sitting. The only furniture that I feel comfortable in is my rocker recliner. Which I also use to sleep in. It’s hard for me to travel because I can’t use a bed in most Hotels. And most will not have a recliner in their rooms.
So it’s a real struggle for those of us who deal with these symptoms.
