How Does Lower Spine Problems Affect Feet And Walking? Folding Out, Painful.
Diagnosed with all kinds of problems from RA etc. Doctors say rods & screws neckbto tail. I am 69. Fairly active. Feet are folding out and very painful in lumbar to walk. Is this part of it?
I have orthotics. Not much help. Using crutches really helps. Anybody else fight this?
I had an epidural during a hysterectomy. I felt better that day than I had in decades!!! I'd go for it,if they are offerring. The Botox in my tailbone didn't last more than three days; but I felt great the day of the procedure. I just need daily freezing-that's all.🤣
Definitely, by the time I get to bed my feet will keep me up almost more then my back pain.I'm exhausted in the last 6 months I've been averging 3 to 4 hours of sleep a night. I am trying to continue on thru the exhaustion.i would love to hear everybody's ideas on what works for them. Thanks. I really hate talki g about my issues. Also my arthritis dr. Has referred me for pain management to get an epidural shot for the pain.but I'm unsure if I want to do that.Hope you are doing better
Crushed Lumbar 2,3,4,5; so I know your pain! I tried Nordic Walking Poles, but not as much relief as my standing rolling walker. I am trying Sublocade...not as fantastic as promised, but it helps. I am fighting depression as I want to stay in my home-which is becoming less likely as I've had four (once a month) needles...and was promised no pain by the sixth!
Corticosteroids
