Hi @A MySpondylitisTeam Member, While I don't have this problem at this moment, I have been thinking about it for quite a while as my own capabilities diminish. I recognize that there are lots of folks in my neighborhood who, while they are not there yet, likely will be at some point. My plan, if you can call it that, is to try to be a resource for my community in those ways that I am able. Active in emergency communications and response; provisioning backup water, backup food, backup power; checking in with folks regularly. Then, trying to prepare myself to accept help with grace when the time comes.

Hey Lux..here we have a government agency called 'Aging and In-Home Services'. I'm pretty sure you have to qualify but there could be a qualifier for you. They set you up with a company who provides in-home help with personal care(if needed), light homemaking, cooking, errands, etc. It may be worth looking into.
Have a great day!

Veggies came out stewed in their own juices. It y’all do this don’t add water to the instant pot if you have 3 or more 10 ounce bags of veggies in it. Don’t add oil either. Even though the thin pork breakfast chops were lean pork still had enough fat in it. Just the right mouth deal of oil in the veggies and liquid. Was 6 very thin chops and 4 frozen bags various size veggies. Great for diabetics, AS sufferers that can’t have carbs and great for keto too. If the keto people don’t get enough fat they can go have globs of butter as a side, Oh, no wonder it was enough fat. I thought I threw in a small bag of green pepper and it was frozen diced avocado. Couldn’t tell it was in the pot but maybe it added taste.
