Good Morning Ian, I would ask my rheumatologist that question. I try to keep my body moving between a warm water pool and a hot tub. Those two places are where I feel my best. Yesterday my neurologist was amazed how flexible my joints are despite the pain I live with daily. I hope you get your question answered. Have as good a day as you can.
