How Would This Discussion Change If It Was Focused On (radiographic) AxSpA?

A MySpondylitisTeam Member asked a question 💭
Eugene, OR

I have spondylitis with loads of radiographic evidence (fused sacro-illiac joint, ankylosing of the vertebra, etc.) I also take one of the MABs against IL-17. I also have significant upper GI issues for which we have eliminated AIM, obstructions, pancreatitis, etc. as potential sources. I really don't know where to look next.
