Hi, i am HLA-B27 negative and i have undifferentiated AxSPA. Even without this special marker it is in our dna. I think my father had it as well, unfortunately he was never diagnosed and has passed away.

I've been on remicade the longest, that dose was increased from 500 to 600 mg/ 6 weeks, methotrexate keeps getting higher -- started at 10 mg/wk now up to 20 mg/wk, and celecoxib twice per day. I'd like to not increase my methotrexate more since I've noticed hair loss, taste changes, and sometimes mouth sores/discomfort. Just seeking other med options to bring up with my rheumatologist.
