Do Others Have To Take Vitamin D? Just Curious

You can have a test done that shows if you are low. Vit D douse a lot more then you would think. They are even saying that you won't get Covid if your vit D is high

I believe if you buy cheap dollar store supplements, I do believe we pee some of them right out.

The only way I know is the levels are reflected in my lab results. If they are in the normal range, that's a good thing.

I used to take D3 but my Vit D was too high on my blood tests so my PC took me off of it. I'm still on B12.
