Aquatics Therapy In OC, California?

Hello! Was wondering if there is anyone in the OC, California area, who knows of any aquatics centers for AS? Thank you

Not having this kind of center in our area, I found out that our senior community center and many YMCAs have heated pools dedicated to the use of disabled people. Some have classes but not all of them. IF you can go to hydrotherapy and learn the exercises, you can do them on your own in these pools. They are usually free or very cheap. Some insurance policies cover this as well. Being in the water is about the only physical activity that some of us can manage these days. Good luck!
