Has Anyone Had A Radio Frequency Ablation? Did It Work. My First 5 Yrs Ago Didn't But Pain Mgt Wants To Try Again.
I have had radio frequency ablation. For me, it was painful! ( It may also have something to do with parts of the body I had it done on) Iam not sure the results were worth the effort, but everybody is different. it was successful for me. I just don’t know that I would want to go thru it again! You could have enormous success, but I would consider other procedures as well.
I’ve had an ablation to my neck, cervical area that took the pain away. Had the low back done as well. The first time took the pain away. This last time did not.
I recently had the 2 “test” procedures with temporary effectiveness, then; the actual radio frequency ablation procedure. It has been 6 1/2 weeks — still in pain and out over $1,000 in copays.
It did nothing for me whatsoever think imo it’s just a way for them to make money waste of my time and money
Thank you, it didn't work for me first time either don't understand why trying again. They said if it didn't work sending bme to neurosurgeon in another city
