Does Anybody Have One Hip Higher Than The Other? Do You Wear A Special Shoe Or Anything To Compensate For Being Crooked?
I have a tilted pelvis and it is killing my left hip when I walk. It has caused my cartilage to wear away.
@A MySpondylitisTeam Member. Right side is my nemesis too Rick. That's the one i just had SC therapy for. The labrum and tendons are torn. My leg is about 3/4 inch off too.
Has Anyone Had A Hip Replacement?
Well, the problem with waiting is that the damage keeps happening and the pain doesn't stop. After 4 back surgeries I wouldn't hesitate to have a replacement. But that's me. Hugs

I have a one quadrant tear on the left, two quadrant tear on the right. The rest of the hip joint is good on both sides, occasional bursitis flare, lesion in the marrow of one femur trochanter, but no need for full replacement yet so I'm not keen on arthritis scope surgery to repair the labrums because I figure I'll eventually need full replacement of the joint anyway. I'll wait for that to fix it all at once. Minimize number of times under general anesthesia. 😏
