Sent by Copilot:
Calcium Pyrophosphate Dihydrate Deposition (CPPD) is a condition characterized by the accumulation of calcium pyrophosphate crystals in the joints. These crystals can cause inflammation and pain, similar to gout. CPPD commonly affects the knees, wrists, and other joints. Treatment options include pain management, anti-inflammatory medications, and lifestyle modifications.

There is a lady on the sister forum mypsoriasisteam.com with this condition for decades who has managed and overcome it, completely cleaned out her entire body, i think, with a low to no oxylates diet. Shes a Master Herbalist and has dedicated her life to it because she also had cancer. Her name is Robina and i highly recommend her to learn more how to deal with it affectively all naturally. Good luck!

Have you considered a Pescatarian food plan.
Avoid seafood but fish is good & vegetables.
I followed this food plan for a couple of years now I have chicken occasionally.

Of course you realize that alcohol will cause problems.
Consider yourself your improved health is more important.
