Thankyou Barbielux the first night I took it it i was sweating terribly couldn't sleep and my back was throbbing seems to have calmed down a bit now I do have a bad habit of eating way too many carbs I think this is the issue for alot of people it's cheap food in times when everything is so expensive, I've had alot of bad circumstances in my life which have created a depression but depression and spondylitis come hand in glove together. Why do the doctors not know more about what they should and shouldn't be giving you. It's morning in England and now I'm struggling getting up after being awake all night I hate this spondylitis.

Read the side effects to the medicine first. My blood pressure med can cause back pain but I think I’ve acclimated to it. I have to to have it. It is possible that if it cause excess fluid retention it can swell joints or vertebra. Google the name of the med and the words back pain and see if anything comes up and google the side effect list. If it does cause it it is better to get off it now rather than after been on it a few weeks because sudden stoppage of psych meds is dangerous not just for suicide risk but can cause brain damage, physical withdrawal, a psychotic episode Make sure your. Depression doesn’t have other physical causes besides the pain wearing you down. Hypothyroidism, diabetes blood sugar issues, and other diseases that the med for it would end the depression. Excess carbs can cause depression. Dieting too hard can cause it too.If it is life circumstances as cause then try some new coping skills from youtube or a therapist. If depression is caused by pain to begin with then the brain is exhausted from trying to focus on pain management and the brain needs a rest some way and sometimes a med will help with that. If you’ve only had the med one day it wont hurt to stop and if the pain eases up then your’ll know and can ask the doctor for a different med. If the med side affect is diabetes then you’ll have more chronic pain from inflammation from the diabetes.
