Mine are awful. Nothing seems effective. My doctors just poo poo it. Well it’s not them struggling out of bed suppressing a scream sometimes every hour.

I haven't gotten muscle cramps in legs..but the muscles in my lower back gives me the excruciating pain...

That’s what wakes me up at 0530 every day. A terrible cramp in the shin of my lower leg that makes me jump around and swear.

Yes, I sure do! And I don't know what exactly can be done about it. Haven't explored this with my doc yet. Didn't know if it was neuropathy, or what causes it even. Have tried some supplements over the counter like magnesium, and although it happens less, it seems to still be severe when it happens.
